Monsoon is a British high street store, founded in London in 1973 by Peter Simon. The brand rapidly grew and became recognised for its vibrant fabrics, inspired by ethnic origins from across the continent.
In June 2020, Monsoon fell into administration and announced it would subsequently close 35 UK stores. However by 2022 the company was bouncing back and was back into expansion mode opening more stores, including dedicated kidswear and travel concepts.
