Victoria’s Secret is an American retailer specialising in women’s lingerie, apparel and beauty. Founded in 1977 by Roy & Gaye Raymond, Victoria's Secret went one to become the largest lingerie retailer in the United States. By 2016, Victoria's Secret market share began to decline.

Starting in 2008, Victoria's Secret expanded internationally, with retail outlets within international airports, franchises in major cities overseas, and in company-owned stores throughout Canada and the UK.

In June 2020, Victoria’s Secret UK arm fell into administration. Later in September 2020, British retailer NEXT closed a deal with Victoria’s Secret, saving 500 jobs.
