Victoria’s Secret to return to Bristol this November

Lingerie giant, Victoria's Secret, is set to return to Bristol with a new store opening in Cribbs Causeway after closing its store in Cabot Circus just over a year ago.

The retailer is set to open its doors in November on the top floor of the shopping centre, next to The Entertainer.  The new space will be home to the brand's full product line, including bras, lingerie, sleepwear and of course, its fragrance portfolio. Customers can also expect to get their hands on its sister brand PINK.

Victoria's Secret closed its Cabot Circus store more than a year ago, meaning customers had to travel to the closest branch in Cardiff or shop online at NEXT.

NEXT purchased the British leg of the Victoria’s Secret brand in September 2020 after it went into administration in June 2020. NEXT now owns a 51% controlling stake.

The new Bristol store is not yet listed among the 56 Victoria's Secret stores on its website, however, branding has already appeared at the Cribbs Causeway unit.

This follows the news that Victoria’s Secret revenues for the full-year 2022 fell by 6% to £5.32 billion ($6.34 billion). The company expects continued drops in the first quarter of 2023, with sales expected to decrease in the mid-single-digit range.
