Founded by Giuseppe and Cecilia Paciotti in 1948, Paciotti is an Italian luxury shoe-making business known for producing a classical range of shoes made entirely by hand. In 1980 the two siblings set up Paciotti S.p.A. and created their first collection under the brand name Cesare Paciotti.
The brand is also known for introducing the vertiginous and highly recognisable stiletto heel, creating extremely feminine shoes. In 2014, the brand filed for pre-pack bankruptcy. However, Paciotti ended 2016 with a turnover 5% up from the previous year. In 2018, the brand changed its logo from Cesare Paciotti to Paciotti.
