Hirestreet

Description:

Hirestreet UK is a rental platform which gives customers access to stylish outfits in a sustainable way.

Hirestreet is different from traditional designer dress-hire services by choosing to focus on the high-street market. This brand works with quality brands with reasonable price points, allowing customer rental options from as little as £8.

Recently the emerging online fashion rental service has acquired a rival firm Hire that Look for an undisclosed sum.

The two sites will be consolidated under the Hirestreet brand and the acquisition the move will strengthen Newcastle-based Hirestreet’s technical capabilities. Hirestreet founder and CEO, Isabella West, said: “I’ve long admired the way Hire That Look operated, so this is a tactical play to improve Hirestreet’s digital offering.

In November 2019 CEO & Founder Isabella West won Young Business Executive Of The Year at the North East Business Executive Awards.
