Ted Baker


Launched in 1987 by Ray Kelvin, Ted Baker is a British premium fashion brand and clothing retail company. Originally established as a menswear retailer, in 1995 Ted Baker launched its womenswear range, called Ted Baker Woman.

The brand now offers a wide range of collections including Menswear, Womenswear, Global, Endurance, Langley, Accessories, Fragrance, Footwear and Watches.

2019 was a challenging year for the retailer, beginning with the departure of its founder and CEO Ray Kelvin amid allegations of staff harassment, which he denied. He was replaced by his long-standing second in command Lindsay Page who himself stood down at the end of the year after a string of profits warnings.

Rachel Osborne, a former CFO of Debenhams and Domino's Pizza, was appointed CFO in the autumn of 2019 and took over as CEO on an interim basis after Page's departure. She was appointed CEO on a permanent basis in March 2020.
