Midsummer Place shopping centre is located in the Central Milton Keynes shopping area, and adjoined to Centre:MK.
The shopping destination was constructed in 2000 in part around an existing oak tree that briefly survived being built around until it succumbed to undrained flooding in 2008.
In March 2013, Intu Properties bought the property from its original owners, Legal & General, for £250.5 million. In June 2020, Intu Properties went into administration. In September 2021, property group Ellandi took control of the centre.
