Liverpool ONE unveils grand Marks & Spencer flagship store opening
Marks & Spencer has today opened its 70,000 sq ft store on Liverpool ONE’s South John Street, showcasing its "next generation" clothing as well as home & beauty departments.
The new M&S store is part of the retailer’s plans to invest approximately £480 million in its store rotation programme, which aims to create an M&S store estate "fit for the future" and create over 3,400 new jobs nationwide. Along with the existing Liverpool team of 250 colleagues, the retailer has welcomed over 70 new recruits.

The clothing department is home to the latest collections across womenswear, kidswear and menswear – including customer favourites Per Una, Autograph and Goodmove. What’s more, the new, modernised Beauty department showcases popular products including the Apothecary collection and the new M&S Fresh Elements skincare range.

The opening of M&S Liverpool ONE completes the evolution of the former Debenhams unit. M&S is one of several retailers opening their doors at the shopping centre. Last month alone, Red Run, Swarovski, Holister, Gilly Hicks and Boss opened new stores at the destination.
