Wolf & Badger appoints trio of Non-Executive Directors to accelerate growth

Multi-channel retailer Wolf & Badger has today announced the appointments of Richard Pennycook, Diana Hunter and Dominic Rose as Non-Executive Directors.

All three bring extensive experience in both private and public retail and consumer businesses, including within fast-growing online businesses.

The appointments follow the company’s continued acceleration of growth and were anticipated by its fundraise in early 2021, when Guinness Asset Management injected further growth capital.

Pennycook, who will chair the board from 1 January, 2022, is Non-Executive Chairman of online travel platform On the Beach and was previously Non-Executive Chairman of The Hut Group from 2012 to 2018.

Hunter has over 30-years experience in the retail sector which has included senior executive roles at the John Lewis Partnership and J Sainsbury plc, and Rose was previously COO of Gen Z resale platform Depop. Prior to that he was Director of Strategy and Business Development at ASOS.
