V’s demi-fine jewellery makes its sparkling debut at Selfridges

Demi-fine jewellery label, V by Laura Vann, has officially added Selfridges to its stockists. The semi-precious stone adorned rings, bracelets, earrings and more are now available in-store at Oxford Street, Birmingham, Manchester Exchange and online.

Guided by over 20 years of experience from her father’s jewellery business, Laura Vann set out to create her own line in 2013 after noticing a gap in the market.  Founded in Birmingham, it was fitting that the brand’s pre-loved offering – sourced from Birmingham’s jewellery quarter – became part of the department store’s planet-friendly RESELFRIDGES range in 2022.

The latest venture partnership will see a range of the V by Laura Vann’s bestselling designs displayed alongside new styles from the AW23 collection.

Laura Vann commented: "We are so thrilled that Selfridges will be welcoming V’s demi-fine collection to their Oxford Street, Birmingham, Manchester Exchange, and online stores. Selfridges has championed our Pre-Loved offering in three of their iconic locations and I’m so excited to be able to share the rest of our collection with Selfridges shoppers."

Earlier this week, the company launched White Topaz, the second drop of its AW23 collection. The latest range serves as "a love letter to some of the brand’s most iconic designs". Each piece reflects the brand's DNA and style, which is rooted in 1930s ‘modern deco’ design.

Vann added: "Working alongside my dad, I remember the first time he took me to a jewellery exhibition. It was in Hong Kong, and I spent my whole time exploring the vintage halls, amazed at the craftsmanship and playful use of mixed cut stones, coloured gemstones and clever use of negative space in the antique pieces.

"Those trips with my dad played a huge role in the creation of V and the style of design inspired my own engagement and wedding rings which have gone on to define a large part of the V signature style and indeed this collection."

V by Laura Vann is now available in the UK at Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Fortnum and Mason and Farfetch with prices ranging from £55 to £285.
