Uniqlo today opened the doors to its brand new store on Oxford Street. Proving the public wants more, this is the retailer's third on London’s landmark shopping street.

The 1,300 sqm store features two entrances on Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road. Located just a hop skip and jump from Tottenham Court Road Station, Uniqlo is focusing on convenience and "making the shopping experience as seamless as possible for customers".

The store covers two expansive floors of Uniqlo LifeWear and will feature womenswear, menswear and kids. Alongside, will sit covetable collaborations from JW Anderson and UNIQLO: C with Clare Waight Keller.

Alessandro Dudech, COO of Uniqlo UK, said: "This is a very exciting time for the Uniqlo UK business and we are excited to bring LifeWear to both new and existing customers in an iconic location in London."

Dee Corsi, Chief Executive of the New West End Company, added: "We are delighted to see Uniqlo open the doors to its third Oxford Street store today at the east end of Oxford Street - an area which has been bolstered in the last twelve months by the presence of best-in-class retail, leisure and office facilities, and a bustling Elizabeth Line connection at Tottenham Court Road.

"Oxford Street is undergoing a once-in-generation transformation, and the continued investment in the street by global brands such as Uniqlo is a testament to its enduring commercial appeal."

One Oxford Street will also showcase one of the largest dedicated UT sections in the UK. As part of the UTme! offering, the retailer is partnering with local London graphic designer and illustrator Jada Bruney. Not only has she designed a staircase installation, she will also be designing a limited edition UTme! available in-store.

Jada Bruney, Illustrator, commented: "Inspired by London’s vibrancy and chaos, these artworks celebrate unity in diversity. Capturing the energy of the local neighbourhoods togetherness in an optimistic and contemporary way."
