Mugler promotes Adrian Corsin from Director of Business to Managing Director

Luxury fashion house Mugler, helmed by Creative Director Casey Cadwallader, has selected Adrian Corsin to step into the role of Managing Director as the brand continues heading for the spotlight.

He succeeds Pascal Conte-Jodra, who recently stepped down from his role at the L’Oréal-owned label.

The appointment will be effective from Tuesday, according to WWD. He will report directly to Danièle Lahana-Aidenbaum, Global President of Mugler fashion and fragrances at L’Oréal.

Corsin joined the company in 2022 from Christian Dior, where he most recently held the role of International Marketing Director for Makeup.

Corsin took to LinkedIn to confirm the appointment, writing: "I am deeply honoured and humbled to lead Mugler, one of the most iconic Parisian fashion houses. Under the creative helm of the visionary Casey Cadwallader and the Mugler collective, the house of Mugler is back in the spotlight, celebrating fashion, culture, and community.

"I am thrilled to write, together with our brilliant team, the next great chapter of this storied house. In many ways, Mugler was dreamt as a mega-brand since its birth almost 50 years ago. From its deep insights of empowerment and self-idealisation to its celebration of pop culture and couture, Mugler is - and has always been - a true powerhouse.

The Parisian house is set to launch a collaborative collection with H&M on 11 May. Crafted under the direction of Casey Cadwallader, it will bring the unique and contemporary spirit of Mugler to the masses at democratic prices.

Just before this news was revealed, the Founder of Mugler, world-renowned fashion designer and photographer Theirry Mugler died on Sunday 23 January at the age of 73.
