Marks & Spencer Chief Digital and Technology Officer Jeremy Pee is leaving the business after five years.

Pee first joined M&S as Chief Digital and Data Officer in 2018. He was later promoted to Chief Digital and Technology Officer in January this year.

In this role, Pee has led the retailer's global technology strategy and the development and delivery of its technology solutions.

As part of this, he was responsible for driving digital transformation at M&S to help personalise and create seamless experiences.

A spokesperson for M&S told TheIndustry.fashion: "After five years at M&S Jeremy is moving his family back to Canada in a planned move.

"Katie Bickerstaffe will be leading the digital, data and technology teams, which are part of her remit, until a successor is appointed."

Bickerstaffe is currently the Co-CEO of M&S. Prior to this, she held a number of roles at the company, including Non-Executive Director, Chief Strategy and Transformation Director, and joint Chief Operating Officer.
