Lounge Underwear to open Valentine’s pop-up at Birmingham’s Bullring
British underwear brand Lounge will be unveiling a three-day Valentine’s themed pop-up on 9 February 2024 at Birmingham’s Bullring shopping centre, to be located on Level 0, next to Marks & Spencer.
Culminating on Sunday 11 February, customers will be able to buy a bouquet of 'roses' that are actually made entirely of Lounge thongs.
They will be carefully arranged by hand and wrapped in the brand's bespoke, signature branded paper. Each piece will also be finished with a white satin bow to "add a touch of elegance and romance to your gift".
There will be six different colours of Lounge’s bestselling thongs available, including red, pink, white, blue, purple and black.
Prices start at £15 for one thong, and go up to £55 for six, so customers will be able to make the thong bouquet as big or as small as they like. The more they buy, the more they save, and a 15% discount will also be included in the bouquet for their next Lounge purchase.
In December 2023, it was announced that Lounge had selected the Manchester Arndale shopping centre for its fifth store, following openings at Westfield London, Manchester Trafford Centre, Leeds Trinity and Bristol Cabot Circus. It is not yet known if Birmingham Bullring’s is also now being eyed for another store.
