Through working with Reveni’s platform, Jigsaw is now offering instant refunds (fronted by Reveni) across all customers to heighten their experience with the brand and provide a unique post purchase experience that supports their loyal base of customers, especially important during these economic times.

For Jigsaw, this provides important customer lifetime value return, improved revenue opportunities and optimises a large part of the operational pressures created through returns and specifically the refunds process.
