Calvin Klein, the global fashion brand renowned for its logo-clad loungewear and jeans, has today opened its doors in Dublin’s largest retail destination, Blanchardstown Centre.

Signed on a 10-year lease, the new store will span 2,600 sq ft in total. It sits on level 2 neighbouring Fields, the contemporary and sustainable menswear brand, and Ireland’s largest Zara.

Sharon Walsh, Leasing Director at Falcon AM, and Asset Manager for Blanchardstown Centre, commented: “It is great to see another globally recognised brand open a store at Blanchardstown Centre. Calvin Klein will serve to further broaden our luxury fashion offer – speaking directly to demand from our catchment. The store will act as a real draw as we enter the festive shopping period.

“We’ve had a great round of openings to tie up what has been a strong year at Blanchardstown. Demand for prime retail space remains healthy and investment in the centre continues to pay off when it comes to attracting high-quality local and international tenants.

“The Irish market more broadly remains resilient, and we look forward to giving further positive updates in the months ahead.”

This opening follows a host of others at the centre in recent months, this includes including a Nike Unite, Flannels and an upsized Zara.

Blanchardstown Centre is Dublin’s largest retail and leisure destination, covering over 1.1 million sq ft. The centre, which has been operating for over 25 years, boasts an impressive annual footfall of over 16 million.

This news comes just days after Calvin Klein opened its doors at Caledonia Park, Scotland’s designer outlet village. It marked the brand’s 16th store within its UK outlet portfolio.
