Craghoppers has opened its first pop-up boutique at Kildare Village designer outlet in Ireland, set to run until early April 2024, though that could be extended if a success.

The 802 sq ft store is now carrying its range of waterproof jackets, fleeces and walking trousers for men, women and kids, which have been "designed for outdoor performance but tailored for the high street". The new collection features boxy cuts and vibrant colours.

Additionally, for more environmentally conscious visitors, Craghoppers has curated a product offering "to meet the needs of Ireland's growing sustainable shopping habits".

Founded in 1965, with sustainability as part of its DNA, ≈ will be featuring recycled materials throughout, as well as plant-based water repellency on waterproofs and trousers, more sustainable synthetic down in its ‘CompressLite’ jackets and ‘CO2Renu’ technology - which takes CO2 emissions to create polyester fabric in a range of fleeces.

As members of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, Ethical Trading Initiative and Microfibre Consortium, Craghoppers is "mindful of keeping its business as ethically responsible and planet-friendly as possible".

Brian Fox, Managing Director at Craghoppers, said: "We are keen to ensure sustainable, adventure-ready kit is accessible to as many people as possible. We hope that our pop-up boutique will help us inspire those who visit Kildare Village each day to explore the natural beauty of Ireland and the world beyond."

Craghoppers joins over 100 other boutiques at Kildare Village, including Adidas, Barbour, BOSS, Castore, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, Reiss, Under Armour and Vans.
