Converse and Liverpool FC have joined forces once again to launch a limited-edition capsule collection for AW23.

The second collaboration takes inspiration from the club’s colours, architecture and typeface, and celebrates the club’s history while also championing its future – "paying homage to the supporters and anthems of Anfield", Liverpool’s famous old stadium.

An accompanying campaign, called ‘Creating From The Ground Up’, features a cast of Liverpool fans who are lifelong supporters and creatives in their own right, such as multi-discipline creative Dredz, singer songwriter Pixey and artist Sterling Rose Kelly, alongside members of the senior men’s and women’s Liverpool teams - Darwin Nunez, Missy Bo Kearns and Taylor Hinds.

Key pieces in the collection include a unisex puffer jacket, Converse x LFC Chuck 70 high-top sneakers - incorporating colour blocking and gradient style inspired by Liverpool’s away kit colours - a Converse x LFC cotton jersey crew neck top with illustrated graphics, Converse x LFC ‘Star Player 76’ low-top sneakers, joggers with LFC tape detail down the side and a fleece quarter-zip popover.

Steven Bramble, VP/GM Converse Western Europe, said: "Building on the success of the Converse x Liverpool FC partnership, we couldn’t be prouder to launch the AW23 collection and campaign, which celebrates the rich history of Liverpool FC, whilst bringing to the forefront the creativity of LFC fandom.

"To feature LFC fan’s creative work in the campaign is the natural evolution of ‘Creating From The Ground Up’, and really does enable, celebrate and support creativity in all its forms."

Mike Cox, Senior Vice President Merchandising at Liverpool FC, added: "We’re excited to launch this second collection alongside Converse. Working in collaboration with the brand has given us something new and exciting to offer our supporters. It also celebrates our diverse fan base and champions their creativity."

The collection will be available from 24 October 2023 on the Converse website and through select retailers, with prices ranging from £35 for a t-shirt to £190 for the puffer jacket.
