boohooMAN announces second collaboration with rapper Quavo
Following the success of boohooMAN's first collaboration with rapper Quavo last year, the global online menswear retailer has announced a second limited edition collaborative collection.
Initially bursting into the mainstream music scene in 2013 as a member of ground-breaking hip-hop trio Migos, Quavo has played a defining role in modern hip-hop and rap genres.
This years collection includes 100 pieces, including various streetwear items, footwear and accessories, distressed denim, bold and bright t-shirts, and face masks.
Samir Kamani, Chief Executive of BoohooMAN, said in a statement: “The success of the first drop was huge. After persistent demand from our consumers and Huncho’s fans, Quavo and I knew we had to drop a part 2.”
BoohooMAN previously released a 200-piece collection for Spring/Summer 2019 inspired by Quavo’s style, with the second collaboration following similar streetwear trends.
Shane Chin, Head of design at boohooMAN, commented: “Working on this second drop with Quavo came so naturally to all involved. Quavo has a really distinctive style, so despite the majority of it being striking, it is ultimately all very wearable, which is what we do best – provide products that speak to the uniqueness in us all.”
Quavo added: “Collaborating with boohooMAN is special because they just really are the first team that let me open my creative mind-set and just bring my ideas to life."
Price points range from £8-£65 and selected lines available in sizes S-5XL, with the collection available from 8 April 2020 on boohooMAN's website.
