Victoria Beckham signs for new HQ in Hammersmith

Victoria Beckham has signed the lease on a new HQ in Hammersmith, West London, it has been reported.

According to Property Week, the designer's brand has signed a 10-year deal to take over 202 Hammersmith Road, which has recently been refurbished.

It had previously been reported that Beckham was considering an HQ at the former home of the BBC in nearby White City (which is home to Yoox Net-A-Porter's new UK tech hub) but the publication claims those plans were shelved.

This latest deal means the 15,000 sq ft premises will be fully let to the Victoria Beckham brand.

Beckham recently announced that she had signed a long-term deal with sportswear giant Reebok to create a fitness wear collection for the brand which will be launched next year.
