VF Corp appoints Bracken Darrell as President and CEO

VF Corporation, owner of The North Face and Vans, has announced that ex-Logitech executive Bracken Darrell will step into the role of President and CEO, effective 17 July 2023.

Darrell will join VF Corporation from Logitech International, where he has served as President and CEO since 2013. Under his leadership, Logitech expanded into over 20 new product categories, more than doubled revenue, and achieved a tenfold increase in market capitalisation.

Prior to Logitech, Darrell held international leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Procter & Gamble, the Whirlpool Corporation and General Electric.

Benno Dorer, who has served as VF’s Interim President and CEO since 5 December 2022, will remain a VF Board member.

In addition to the newest appointment, Richard Carucci, a VF Board member since 2009 and Interim Chair of the Board, has been named Chair of the Board of VF.
