Seasalt bolsters leadership team with two new appointments

Cornwall-based women’s and men’s lifestyle brand Seasalt has appointed Mel Wilcox in the newly created role of Chief Information Officer, and Duncan
Tennent as its new Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Most recently the Global Portfolio Director at Specsavers, Wilcox has also held senior roles at Tesco, Ann Summers and First Choice Holidays. In her new role at Seasalt she will join the management board and be responsible for shaping future IT services for the business and its customers – reporting directly into CEO Paul Hayes.

Tennent joins from Monsoon Accessorize where he spent the past six years as Head of International, managing the international business across 27 markets and over 200 stores.  Prior to Monsoon Accessorize, he was Regional Manager at Marks & Spencer, managing partnership businesses across Middle East and Asia.

At Seasalt, Tennent will lead the UK and international third party B2B and B2C sales efforts and commercial operations, managing strategic partnerships – a key growth channel for Seasalt - with department stores, online marketplaces, distributors, and key accounts.
