Russell & Bromley selects Liverpool ONE for its regional debut in Spring 2022
Premium footwear and handbag brand Russell & Bromley is to launch a new 3,000 sq ft site at Liverpool ONE's South John Street, marking the brand's debut in Liverpool.
Set to open Spring 2022, the new Russell & Bromley store will showcase the brand’s extensive collection of fashion-led luxury women’s and men’s footwear and handbags.
The new Liverpool ONE unit will also present its new contemporary store format reflective of the brand’s luxury offer, aiming to provide an engaging customer journey within a premium setting.
Alison Clegg, Managing Director, Asset Management at Grosvenor, told TheIndustry.fashion: “The consistently strong demand for Liverpool ONE from retailers of the quality of Russell & Bromley is a clear indication of the continued relevance of bricks and mortar retail to brands and consumers alike.
“Great stores provide an opportunity to bring a brand to life in a manner that is just not possible online. More than that, however, destinations like Liverpool ONE that are actively managed and provide a unique experience for visitors lead great stores to higher levels of engagement with consumers. This generates increased spend, loyalty and advocacy which, in the world of social media, is an incredibly powerful driver of consumer behaviour.”
Andrew Bromley, CEO, Russell & Bromley, added: “We are delighted to have secured this key location in Liverpool ONE to further enhance our presence nationwide. It is a high-quality destination with a great reputation and unique appeal that attracts customers from across the region. We look forward to joining the Liverpool ONE community and welcoming new (and existing online) customers to experience the Russell & Bromley brand first-hand in store and to our exciting new collection for the Spring/Summer season ahead.”
The signing of Russell & Bromley follows a very successful year for Liverpool ONE, with 37 brands, totalling 280,000 sq ft, signed, opened or renewed in the year. Highlights included Bershka, OMEGA, Castore and Rituals.
