Poundland launches first Black Friday sale
Poundland has launched its first-ever Black Friday event this week across its stores and online.
The value retailer is offering 20% off its baby and kidswear clothing ranges in-store from Wednesday 22 November until Sunday 26 November.
Poundland recently announced the transition to new clothing ranges powered by parent company Pepco Group, bringing its family fashion offer to 560 stores across the UK and Ireland, including all 56 former Wilko locations that have now re-opened.
It is also dropping exclusive deals across beauty, fragrances, and household products on its website everyday until 24 November (Black Friday).
Online deals will include beauty brands Elizabeth Arden, Clarins, Lancôme and Sanctuary Spa, as well as a selection of designer fragrances from Burberry, Calvin Klein, Jimmy Choo, Britney Spears and Issey Miyake.
Tim Bettley, Commercial Director at Poundland, said: “Whether online or offline, we’re all-in with Black Friday this year for the very first time.
"Our event will allow our in-store shoppers to see for themselves the amazing new kids and babywear we now offer for in the majority of our stores.
"Online, we’ve got over 100 Black Friday deals throughout the week so customers can save even more.”
