23 April 2024

Eco-conscious fashion brand Nobody’s Child is launching a pop-up with SOJO repair station at its store at 50 Carnaby Street in London on Saturday 27 April 2024, in celebration of World Earth Day.

The brand is inviting customers to bring in their Nobody’s Child pieces, both old and new, for alterations and repairs as part of its :commitment to create a more circular future" for its products.

All services will be complimentary for the event, encouraging those new to the SOJO service to experience how the team works to extend each item's wardrobe life cycle.

Customers will also have the opportunity to experience the Nobody’s Child Digital Product Passport (DPP) technology while in store. Launched last month with the Nobody’s Child x Happy Place by Fearne Cotton collection, the DPP technology provides customers with a transparent way to track the journey of their clothing - from design to production.

By simply scanning a QR code on a garment's care label, customers can access information including details about the materials used, the manufacturing process and the environmental impact.

Additionally, Nobody’s Child, which was founded in 2015 and is part owned by M&S which acquired a 25% stake in 2021, has partnered with UK women’s charity Smart Works to create a pre-loved rail of clothing available exclusively for the pop-up event. Proceeds from all sales will go directly to the charity’s initiative.

The partnership with Smart Works aims to support the charity’s ongoing mission of providing high quality interview clothes, styling advice and interview training to women in need.

Nobody’s Child’s popular rental collection will also be available for customers to shop throughout the pop-up.
