Ksubi launches kidswear for “next generation” of streetwear fans

Australian denim and streetwear brand Ksubi has launched a debut kidswear collection, described as "a milestone for the brand, translating its aesthetic into pint-sized fashion statements for the future generations".

Designed for children aged 2-5 years, the Ksubi 'Kids' collection features the label’s signature branding elements, including 4x4 crosses, box cross logo and Ksubi’s instantly recognisable pocket tag.

Craig King, CEO at Ksubi, said: "Some category extensions come with their own momentum and ‘Kids’ is definitely one of those. Expect to see the Ksubi "mini me" brigade out in force with these scaled down versions of our main line."

The first collection features Ksubi's signature denim and premium basics, designed "to allow young rebels to express themselves through fashion from an early age".

The line-up includes the ‘Lil Jett’ jean and the ‘Lil Oh G’ denim jacket, to be paired back with the ‘Lil Biggie’ Tee and ‘Lil Biggie’ crew neck, available in black, grey marl and magenta colourways. There’s also sweatpants and shorts reimagined as the ‘Lil Trak’ and ‘Lil Track Short’ - in the same colourways.

Ksubi, well known for its distressed denim, was founded in 1999 and opened its first ever European store on London’s Carnaby Street in November 2022.

It also has recently opened stores in Miami and Chicago, with new stores opening in Sydney and Melbourne in 2024.
