JW Anderson has signed a footwear licensing deal with Onward Luxury Group (OLG) beginning with the men's AW20 season.

The London-based luxury label founded by multi-award winning designer Jonathan Anderson in 2008 will add women's footwear to the deal shortly afterwards.

OLG is the Milan-based arm of the Japanese holding company Onward Holdings, which owns brands such as Charlotte Olympia and Joseph. It also produces luxury footwear and clothing under license for See by Chloe, Proenza Schouler and Mulberry among others.

JW Anderson is part-owned by LVMH, which acquired a minority stake in 2013 and had previously signed a footwear licensing deal with Rodolfo Zengarini in 2015. Jonathan Anderson is also creative director at LVMH-owned luxury house Loewe.
