To coincide with Earth Day 2022, British lifestyle brand Joules has announced a new takeback and resale programme called 'Joules ReWear', launching later this year.

Joules will partner with clothing platform Reskinned for the new initiative, which allows customers to return pre-loved clothing, footwear or accessories to be re-sold or recycled and receive a voucher in return.

The partnership builds on the group's focus on delivering the Responsibly Joules objectives - which aim to benefit the environment, its employees and wider communities.

Ruby Fowler, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Joules, commented: “We recognise the huge importance of doing what we can to reduce waste and improve the circularity of our industry, and Reskinned’s efforts align closely with our own strategy and our wider Responsibly Joules framework. This sits at the heart of everything we do, and will continue to be critical as we work hard to deliver value for all our different stakeholders into the future. We can’t wait to see the success that we hope this partnership brings.”

Joules published its interim Results for the 26 weeks ending 28 November 2021 in February, with revenues increasing.
