Joe Browns awarded Investors in People Award

Fashion retailer Joe Browns has announced it is the recipient of The Investors in People Standard, recognising the brand for leading and inspiring people, awarding high performance and creating sustainable success.

The accreditation follows the recent announcement by Joe Browns of a new strategy to deliver annual sales of £100 million by 2026, representing a 138% increase on current turnover. The retailer recently announced that it started the Autumn/Winter 2021 season with cumulative growth up 68% year-on-year.

The foundation of the brands ambition comes from three pillars (people, product and places) identified by Joe Browns’ senior leadership team and the accreditation falls into the first - people.
