Fashion and homeware retailer Joe Browns has now unveiled its new 3,000 sq ft store at the White Rose Shopping Centre in the brand’s home city of Leeds.
It marks the retailer’s fourth physical store, with others at Meadowhall in Sheffield, which opened in 2017, York, which was added in 2019 and a first franchise store at Bowness-on-Windemere which opened in May this year, in this Joe Browns 25th anniversary year.
On cutting the ribbon at the official store opening, Simon Brown, Founder of Joe Browns, said: “It’s really quite a remarkable milestone, to be opening a store in the city where it all started, in our 25th year of business.
“I want to thank all members of the team, from our store staff here with us now, to everyone back at our head office, from the merchandising department to the warehouse, it’s been a real team effort by the whole Joe Browns family and I’m extremely proud.”
The Leeds store opening is another extension of Joe Browns’ retail footprint as it continues on its journey to have 10 UK stores by the end of 2024, though no other locations have as yet been secured.
