In Pictures: JD Sports unveils global flagship store on the Champs-Élysées in Paris
JD Sports has opened a new global flagship store at 118 Avenue des Champs Élysées in Paris, showcasing the latest collections from the likes of Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Asics, Under Armour and The North Face.
The new store offers the retailer's latest innovations in digital technology and merchandising, and the design and layout have been carefully crafted "to provide an immersive shopping experience".
During the remaining weekends of April and May, customers can enjoy exclusive services at the store, such as sneaker customisation and clothing embroidery, while there will also be various interactive activations offering the chance to win a range of prizes.
Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho attended a private store launch event last Friday, 12 April, which also revealed the latest Nike Air Max DN colourway – available at JD from 18 April.
At the end of March, JD Sports said it had outperformed a challenging market with 4% like-for-like sales growth in the financial year to 3 February 2024, and is hoping for a boost from a "busy sporting summer" this year.
