TFG London-owned brands Hobbs and Phase Eight have now opened their 3,000 sq ft dual fascia store at Caledonia Park designer outlet village in Gretna, Scotland, in time for the run-up to Christmas.

It marks Hobbs’ first outlet in Scotland and Phase Eight’s second, joining the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, BOSS and Polo Ralph Lauren at the discount designer outlet village, formerly known as Gretna Gateway and owned by Railpen.

The new store showcases “a broad collection of classic and elegant womenswear” including coats, jackets and knitwear, alongside shoes, bags, and accessories.

The space has been designed by the brands’ in-house teams, “boasting a relaxed and warm environment” with a fresh and light interior, incorporating soft materials and wood finishings.
