FatFace's Stevie the Sheep joins the festive line up
British fashion and lifestyle brand FatFace has launched its Christmas campaign with its first-ever animation, “Where I Belong”.
The campaign celebrates the feeling of joy associated with the festive period - whether it's found in the faces of friends and family, in traditions or in a meaningful moment.
Fatface's campaign - and the book iteration - were inspired by a host of festive characters across clothing and accessories in all categories from womenswear, menswear and kidswear. With each item sold, FatFace donates 10% to Shelter.
Viewers watch Stevie the Sheep - the star of FatFace’s collaboration with Shelter - as they travel far and wide in search of a home, encountering new friends along the way.
Created by Seed Animation Studio and based on the original story by Holly Browne, the emotive film concludes with a powerful message that “highlights the current housing crisis and everyone’s right to a home”.
Keely Stocker, Marketing & Brand Communications Director at FatFace, commented: “It’s been such an incredible 12 months for FatFace – from creating an award-winning summer festival to achieving B Corp certification, we’re immensely proud of all we’ve accomplished. It felt right to end 2023 with something truly special – and ‘Where I Belong is exactly that.”
The winter collection is available in FatFace stores and online now.
This follows the news that NEXT confirmed the acquisition of FatFace for £115.2 million. The deal will allow FatFace to continue driving its growth plans over the coming years, still led by Will Crumbie, who was appointed as chief executive in 2021.
