Derek Rose to open fourth London store in Marylebone

Luxury nightwear, loungewear and underwear brand Derek Rose is opening a new 1,500 sq ft store at 39 Marylebone High Street in early November 2023, next to Paul Smith and Agnès B.

It will mark the brand’s fourth London location, already having stores in Knightsbridge, Notting Hill and Hampstead.

Sacha Rose, CEO at Derek Rose, said: "We’ve had our head office in Marylebone for over 10 years and love the area. We know it well and we love the mix of shops, restaurants and bars.

"Whilst we’ve been looking to open in the area for some time, it was important for us to find the right partner rather than just a landlord. The Howard de Walden Estate, and Rob Kirk in particular, showed both an understanding of our brand and a desire to work as partners."

Rob Kirk, Head of Retail & Leisure at London landlord The Howard de Walden Estate, commented: "We have been speaking to Derek Rose since 2020 about Marylebone Village and so are very pleased to have found the right unit for them and look forward to their opening later this year. Their integrity and passion for their brand and customers fit perfectly within our community."

Last month saw contemporary Danish brand Ganni add to Marylebone’s fashion retail mix with the opening of a store formerly occupied by Australian luxury cosmetics brand Aesop, located at 69 Marylebone High Street.
