Carnaby Street's Christmas display revealed as it announces light switch on date

The Carnaby Street Christmas Switch On is set to take place on 8 November, where a new installation will be illuminated during an experiential shopping and dining party.

Running from 4pm to 8pm, the destination will showcase the 'Carnaby Universe', featuring a "dynamic and vibrant display of neon colour and light waves creating a moving vortex on the street".

Alongside the switch on, the event will see over 100 brands, restaurants and bars come together to offer visitors an evening of activations and promotions, as well as live music and entertainment.

Participating brands include Size?, Rixo, Ray-Ban, Levi’s, Monki and Benefit, plus restaurants Nightjar, INO and Shoryu.

Choose Love's Carnaby Street shop in 2022

The destination is also working with charity partner Choose Love for the fourth year, opening a new 'Choose Love Boutique' concept at 57 Carnaby Street on 8 November.

From 22 November, the boutique will then be transformed into the Choose Love Shop, "stocking essential supplies and life-saving interventions for refugees and displaced people around the world".
