ASOS delays publication of results by one week

ASOS has delayed the publication of its full-year results by one week but says it previously released performance guidance remains unchanged.
The online young fashion giant will now release its results on Wednesday 1 November to allow auditors PwC to carry out planned testing, which the company has described as "limited in nature".
ASOS confirmed that the performance for the period to 3 September 2023 was in-line with that reported at the post-close trading update on 26 September 2023, including:
- Full year adjusted group revenue of £3.54 billion
- H2 adjusted EBIT of more than £38m, resulting in full year adjusted EBIT loss of no more than £31m
- Inventory reduction of c.30% year-on-year
- Cash and undrawn facilities as at 3 September 2023 totalling £428m
Shares in ASOS closed down 2.14% this evening at 392.7p.
