Ann Summers has today announced that its CFO John Boyle has stepped down from the position after 11 years and Kristina Moln-Page has been promoted to the role of Finance Director.

Boyle will remain CFO until 30 June 2024 to ensure a smooth handover. In her new position, Moln-Page will be responsible for the finance and business risk functions at Ann Summers and will sit on the Board of Directors. She will report to CEO Maria Hollins.

Before joining Ann Summers in 2022, Moln-Page spent nearly 10 years at ASOS, where she held several managerial roles within the finance function.

Vanessa Gold, Chair at Ann Summers, said: "I want to take this opportunity to thank John for his professionalism and significant contribution to Ann Summers for the past 11 years… He brings valuable experience and insight to the Board from his many years of retail experience, and I look forward to continuing to work closely with him.

"I am delighted to welcome Kristina to the Board. Her knowledge of the retail sector and our business makes her an ideal successor to John and I have every confidence that she has the expertise to support the business in her new role."

John Boyle, Chief Financial Officer at Ann Summers, added: "As I embark on this new chapter, I am deeply grateful for the unwavering support throughout my tenure at Ann Summers. While I bid farewell to my role as Chief Financial Officer, I am excited about the prospect of remaining closely connected to the business and the Gold family and I wish Kristina every success as she takes the helm."

Earlier this week, the company published its 'robust' financial results for FY23, revealing turnover increased by 4.5% to £104.6 million and gross profit up 3% to £61.8 million.
