THG Ingenuity partners with PwC to enhance e-commerce customer experiences

THG Ingenuity, the commerce division of online retail group THG, has formed a strategic alliance with international professional services business PwC to help brands design, build and run immersive customer experiences online.

The partnership will help brands access leading technology throughout the direct-to-consumer spectrum.

It will draw on PwC's deep consumer markets and retail industry expertise to help brands consider how technology can improve the sales and service experience and efficiency while increasing the impact of the employee and customer experience.

PwC will lead the business strategy, research and design of the brand web stores, while THG Ingenuity will provide the technology and operations to create a "frictionless e-commerce experience".
