The Independents announces two strategic acquisitions to grow luxury reach

The Independents Group, the international communications company which specialises in luxury, fashion and lifestyle, has strengthened its standing in the sector with the strategic acquisitions of Atelier LUM and INCA Productions.

The Independents, which was founded in 2017, has established itself as a "leading player in the luxury market", uniting nine renowned international agencies specialising in strategy, creativity, experience, communications, data and influence.

Continuing the group’s global expansion, the two new acquisitions further cement The Independents’ presence in major luxury capitals in Europe, the US and the Middle East.

Providing creative and strategic services catered to the evolving needs of worldwide clients "in a fast-paced luxury market", the acquisitions further position The Independents’ ability to "adopt a global approach combined with local expertise".

Atelier LUM is a boutique event agency based in Paris and Dubai, founded by Marc Le Pitre in 2009. The agency designs and produces exclusive fashion and luxury experiences.

INCA Productions is an event production agency with offices in London and New York, founded in 1998 by Charlotte Clark and Nina Ferguson. It specialises in "creating distinctive and memorable activations, all underpinned with intelligent strategy".
