Tezenis launches capsule collection with Rita Ora
Italian lingerie brand Tezenis has extended its relationship with Rita Ora by releasing a capsule collection designed in collaboration with the singer and style icon, who has been an ambassador for the brand for the past year.
The collection is the first celebrity capsule produced by Tezenis and its parent company Calzedonia and features bras, briefs, a body suit and a kimono. The all-black capsule features satin, lace and velvet and is priced from £7.99 to £35.99 and has gone on sale today.
Ora has been working with the Tezenis team at their Verona headquarters and said she had a close affinity with the brand's DNA. "I immediately loved the Tezenis team's energy, their emphasis on fashion trends, the free spirited creations, and the young age of the people I worked with, plus unmistakable Italian style," she said. "I first teamed up with Tezenis for this project because it is the perfect culmination of my relationship with the brand."
She cited her inspiration as the music and ambiance of the world's most exclusive clubs. "In fact, the pieces are 'What I would wear for a concert or event and which everyone should wear everyday or for special occasions?'" she said.
Tezenis is part of Calzedonia Group, which also includes the Calzedonia swimwear and Intimissimi lingerie brand. Its UK flagship store at Oxford Circus is currently undergoing a refurbishment.
