Sosandar confirms Nick Mustoe as chair amid board updates

Sosandar, the fast-growing AIM-listed womenswear brand, has appointed Nick Mustoe as non-executive chair while non-executive director Jon Wragg has announced he will be standing down.

Mustoe, who is also chair at PR and communications agency Kindred, has held the role of interim chair since March and the role has now been confirmed.

Meanwhile Jon Wragg, a former director of Superdry and now a non-executive at sustainable grocer Abel & Cole and MAG (Airports Group) has said he is standing down to concentrate on other commitments.

Mustoe said of the board changes: "I am delighted to be appointed as permanent Chair of Sosandar. We are at a very exciting moment in our growth journey as we take Sosandar's unique product to more people across the globe through multiple channels.

Sosandar earlier this week revealed sales up 6% to £22.2 million in the six months to 30 September and said trading has been strong since with November having been a record month.
