Selfridges has unveiled the "Corner Shop" concept along with phase two of its giant new accessories hall, which is set for completion in Spring 2018.

In the run up to Christmas the Corner Shop will serve as the ultimate festive gift boutique with a wide selection of items, priced from £2-£7,000, including some exclusive collaborations with brands such as Thom Browne, Chloé, Burberry and Mulberry, while designers such as Anya Hindmarch, Erdem and Matty Bovan have produced prints to be featured on tea towels.

As well as fashion and accessories the gift mix features foodstuffs, toiletries, stationery and more, all inspired by the theme of "Wunderkammer" (a place where curiosities and rarities are shown). The product mix has also been designed to support the Selfridges Christmas campaign for 2017, "With Love From", which celebrates the cities Selfridges calls home; London, Birmingham and Manchester.

After Christmas the Corner Shop, which is situated on the corner of Oxford Street and Duke Street, will be used for temporary themed collaboration residencies.

Designed in collaboration with David Chipperfield Architects, Selfridges' new accessories hall will cover 60,000 sq ft and stock more than 70,000 items when it is completed making it the largest in the world. Phase one of the ground floor development was launched in November 2016.
