N Brown launches new system to slash return rates

N Brown Group, the owner of JD Williams, Simply Be and Jacamo, has launched a new Product Information Management (PIM) system to improve customer experience and cut return rates.

It forms part of the company’s "key transformational priorities", giving more informative product descriptions across display pages - including more precise information on sizing, fit and fabric.

The system follows the recent launches of new mobile-first websites for Simply Be and Jacamo, which are benefitting customers with faster site speeds and a more seamless digital customer experience.

The PIM system is now live on Simply Be and will be rolled out to JD Williams and Jacamo later this year.
