Moss set to open new flagship store at Edinburgh’s St James Quarter

Moss, previously known as Moss Bros. before its rebrand, is opening a new 2,372 sq ft flagship store at St James Quarter in Edinburgh on 7 March 2024, as it continues the retail roll-out that gathered pace throughout 2023.

The new Edinburgh store marks a return to Scotland’s capital city for the retailer, where it last had a Moss Bros store at 43 George Street in 2016.

The store will carry the new Moss SS24 collection of soft tailoring and casualwear as well the SS24 Wedding Collection, curated in light fabrics and airy fits. It includes double-breasted suits in copper toned boucle and powder blue cord “for a memorable turn down the aisle”.

An expert team of local in-store stylists and knowledgeable staff will be on hand to help new customers discover and enhance their style choices, and the new store will also house the ‘Custom Made’ tailoring service for customers to add unique details to their suits.

In 2023, the retailer opened 10 stores under the Moss rebrand, including a flagship store at Manchester’s Arndale Centre, and either new, returning or rebranded stores in East London, Canterbury and Cheltenham. The new Edinburgh flagship takes the Moss retail portfolio to 109 stores in the UK.
