Luxury retailer LuisaViaRoma appoints new CEO

Florence-based luxury retailer LuisaViaRoma, renowned for its e-commerce channel, has today announced the appointment of Tommaso Maria Andorlini as its Chief Executive Officer.

Andorlini, who has taken on the role with immediate effect, succeeds Alessandra Rossi who had held the position for just shy of two years.

The new CEO brings over 20 years of experience in the industry to his new role. Well suited to LuisaViaRoma, Andorlini has several companies under his belt that merge both e-commerce and physical retail together.

He founded and owns Playground, an Italian multi-brand fashion retailer with two brick-and-mortar stores in Florence and Prato. What’s more, he also founded the e-commerce agency FFW and sneaker-selling platform SOTF in 2020.
