JUST Consultancies takes on Marshall Artist to grow brand’s presence in the South

JUST Consultancies has agreed to represent Manchester-based lads’ brand Marshall Artist on the wholesale front for the southern half of the UK for AW24.

The collection will be shown from JUST’s head office off East London’s Brick Lane from 10 December 2023, as well as at pop-up showrooms in the South West.

It will also feature alongside collections from JUST Consultancies’ other wholesale brands, Fila, Ed Hardy and Nicce, at the first combined Pure x JATC show – taking place at Olympia London on 11-13 February 2024.

Juls Dawson, Managing Director of JUST Consultancies and Founder of Just Around the Corner (JATC), said: “With the Marshall Artist team based in Manchester, the opportunity for growth in the South, and pretty much straight across the centre of UK through the middle of Birmingham and downwards, is one full of potential which the dedicated focus which our team, showroom location and reach provides.

“The brand sits in perfectly with our existing mix of Fila, Ed Hardy and Nicce, as well as a couple of other new brands being added to our portfolio in the upcoming months.

“Genuinely the team are super excited about Marshall Artist coming on board as the product is second to none, the timing for the look is perfect and there is definitely a gap in the market, as other established collections targeting the same kind of customer are either over distributed, are closing down distribution, are on constant markdown or are becoming uncommercial for consumers and retailers alike with constantly rising prices.

“At the moment, the ‘laddy’ terrace and heritage brands are having a strong time in store and are in demand, as we have seen with the performance of brands like Nicce and Fila. Also, the brands with technical influences and details are resonating with the consumer, which the Marshall Artist collection exudes.

“Marshall Artist has never had a southern showroom, or had the resources to give the brand the focus that JUST can provide. With our reach and relationships, Marshall Artist can now get exposure to many new retailers.”

Ed Quiligotti, Co-Owner and Director of Marshall Artist, added: “Juls and I have known and worked together throughout our careers, and with the reputation JUST and Marshall Artist have in the market, we see this as the right step for this new chapter and part of our long-term vision for our future wholesale strategy for growth with the right partners for the brand in the UK.”

Marshall Artist is currently stocked by the likes of ASOS, Scotts, Mainline, EQVVS, Pilot, Terraces and 80s Casuals.

Wholesale prices for the new AW24 Marshall Artist collection start at £12 for Tees, going up to £26 for sweatshirts and £34 for jackets.
