Joseph to open new store on Regent Street as The North Face upscales

London landlord Great Portland Estates (GPE) has today announced that contemporary fashion brand Joseph has signed for a store at Kingsland House, 124 Regent Street, while The North Face has signed a new lease and is upscaling at 288-300 Regent Street.

The new Joseph store will be the brand’s sixth standalone store in London, with others including 28 Brook Street, 315 Brompton Road and 77 Fulham Road.

Joseph CEO, Barbara Campos, said: “This year as we celebrate our 40-year anniversary, we are delighted to be opening a new store in one of London’s most iconic shopping destinations. This marks an exciting next step in our brand’s journey and a pivotal moment for Joseph as we expand our presence in the UK.”

The North Face has traded successfully at Walmar House, 288-300 Regent Street, since 2015, but the new 10-year lease will see the brand’s space increase by 33% to approximately 10,000 sq ft across the ground and basement floors.
