Intimissimi launches collaboration collection with Jennifer Lopez

Italian lingerie brand Intimissimi has launched a new capsule collection with American singer and actress, Jennifer Lopez, called ‘This Is Me Now’ for AW23.

The partnership between the two started in SS23, when Lopez starred as Intimissimi’s global brand ambassador, but this takes the relationship to another level as Lopez has helped to design the range.

The name of the collection draws inspiration from Lopez’s upcoming album, ‘This Is Me…Now’, which "delves into her deeply transformative journey of personal development".

The inspiration for the collection was to create a "one-of-a-kind" range of lingerie that "harmoniously intertwines the sensuality and elegance intrinsic to women".

The lingerie collection includes intricate embroidery details and quality materials such as silk fabrics and refined laces, providing a "luxurious appeal that reflects the brand's commitment to offering an unmatched sensory experience".

A statement from Lopez reads: "We worked together to bring my vision of femininity to life and enhanced it with the finest fabrics and the most delicate embroideries. American creativity meets Italian design with a passion to craft something truly unique."

The colour palette of the collection offers a trio of options; black, champagne, and jade green. The vibrant and intense green is said to be a shade that Lopez is particularly fond of, providing a bold choice for those who want to make a statement.

Lopez’s new album is previewed in the accompanying campaign for the collection launch, a first for Intimissimi, making it "a holistic experience that marries fashion, music and empowerment into one compelling narrative".

The new collection is now available in-store and online at Intimissimi, with prices ranging from £24 to £220.
