Spanish retail giant ZARA has now unveiled its new upsized store at Atria Watford, spanning 43,000 sq ft and more than doubling the size of its previous 18,000 sq ft unit.

The new store, which was signed on a 15-year lease, is located in a "prime position" at the shopping centre and stocks the brand’s fashion ranges across womenswear, menswear and kidswear.

Atria Watford is owned by property company SGS and asset managed by Global Mutual.

Steve Gray, Head of European Retail Asset Management at Global Mutual, said: "It’s been a strong start to 2024 for Atria Watford. The centre has been a hive of activity and we’re incredibly excited to see the new ZARA store open its doors.
