Jigsaw has teamed up with Roksanda on a 29-piece contemporary capsule collection that combines the shared love of bold shape and colour from the brands' creative directors, Jo Sykes and Roksana Ilinčić.

The limited-run collection captures Roksanda's signature architectural forms and clever use of colour while giving a contemporary take on Jigsaw's heritage tailoring and playful approach to print.

Fluid silhouettes, sculptural sleeves and bold cuts define the capsule comprised of show-stopping prints in a vibrant colour palette of fuchsia, lapis blue, midnight, marigold and teal. These bold shades are set off against classic neutrals of camel, khaki and forest green.

Details include Roksanda's signature rouching, fringing and plissé pleating which bring texture to the design. Jewellery, with its organic teardrops and hammered 24ct gold plated finish, provides the finishing touches.

Jigsaw has a long history of collaborating with artisans, architects and photographers and creative director Jo Sykes said she was "delighted" to see this collaboration come to life for AW23.

"Embodying the confident and creative women that we design for here at Jigsaw, it has been a joy to work with Roksanda and see her vibrant spirit injected into Jigsaw's signature fabrics and silhouettes, creating something really special for our customers. With creativity, art and quality craftsmanship at its core, the partnership aligns perfectly with our dedication of supporting British arts and culture through the Jigsaw Foundation, which was launched earlier this year," Sykes said.

It's a busy season for collaborations for London Fashion Week designer Roksanda, who unveiled her co-created collection with Barbour last week. "It's been a pleasure working with Jigsaw, alongside Jo and her expert team, in bringing our shared vision to life. Combining my love of art, tactility, sculptural shapes and, above all, colour with Jigsaw's classic, playful and timeless designs has resulted in a collection that is both fun and elegant, practical and ethereal. I hope it will resonate with women of all ages," the designer said.

The collection goes on sale at www.jigsaw-online.com and in selected Jigsaw stores but runs are are strictly limited with as few as 10 items produced for some pieces.

Last week Jigsaw announced that retail veteran Hash Ladha, formerly of Oasis and Warehouse, would be joining the business as CEO replacing Beth Butterwick.
